Premera

Healthcare insurance is a complex industry and Premera is committed to making it simple and easy for their customers’ lives. Insights from research helped form the foundation of Premera’s strategic plan, evolving the corporate culture from one of operational excellence to excellent experiences. With the new brand essence of Passionate Advocate, the brand positioning and visual language were developed to inspire action, starting from the inside out.

Research and strategy included stakeholder interviews, customer service observations, focus groups and creative testing, competitive and comparative audits, brand essence and platform, messaging framework, personas development, and user journey maps.

Creative deliverables included a brand refresh and design system, brand launch employee engagement video and materials, branded environments, exterior signage and photoshoots.

Additional phases of work included the branded environment vision and direction for Premera's new master campus plan.
